Warranties, Returns and Refunds

Q. What is your warranty policy?

A. We will warranty any piece of furniture for 30 days after delivery. If there is a defect will pay for shipping and either replace the entire article or the damaged/defective piece if possible. If you are unhappy with how the item looks, you also have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You will, however, be responsible for shipping.

 

Q. A couple of the boards seem to be warping.

A. It is essential that all of our pieces remain indoors in a climate controlled space. Warping can often occur if this does not happen. If you still think it is due to a defective product, please give us a call.

 

Q. How do I receive my refund and how long does it take?

A. We will post a refund to whatever account you used to pay for the furniture within three business days of receiving the furniture back to our facilities.

 

Q. I am not pleased how the furniture looks in my house what I have set it into place, what options do I have?

A. You have up to thirty days to decide whether you like our furniture. If you do not, we will pick it up for you for a full refund, minus the cost of the shipping.
