Return and Cancellation Policy
You have 10 days from the time of delivery to decide if our furniture is going to work in your home. If you decide to return a standard size piece within the 10 days, you will be responsible for only the return shipping charges. We will refund 100% of the product cost once when we receive the item. If you decide to return a custom sized piece, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. Additionally, we will refund 50% of the cost of any custom sized piece upon delivery to our warehouse.
You always have three days to decide to cancel any order for a full refund after you place your order. This includes both standard and nonstandard size furniture pieces. If you decide to cancel after the three day period but before we ship your product, we will refund you the full amount on standard size pieces and 50% of the product cost on custom size furniture.
57NORTHPLANK offers specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusions and limitations on incidental and consequential damages or the limitations on implied warranties. The described restrictions may not apply to you. However, proper care and use are essential for preserving your rights under this warranty.

You have 15 days from the time of delivery to contact us regarding any defects in the product. Please call or email 57NORTHPLANK. We might request that you fill out a form and if possible include any relevant photographs. If we determine that the product is defective, 57NorthPlank has 60 days from said time to either: 1) Issue a full refund, 2) Send an entire replacement furniture piece or replace the damaged portion, 3) Repair the piece at the delivered location of the furniture, 4) Have the furniture picked up, sent back to 57 NorthPlank, repaired and delivered back to the client (Shipping costs paid by 57NorthPlank). 57NorthPlank reserves the right to choose one of the listed four options above.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
57NORTHPLANK prides ourselves on selecting the finest materials for every piece of our custom furniture. Every one of our collections starts from a solid piece of locally harvested walnut, cherry, oak or maple. Regardless, every piece of wood has natural variations in texture and color. These warranties do not cover such variations or differences between samples, photographs, and the final delivered items. Any product modification by the purchaser voids this warranty. Additionally, storing a furniture piece where it is exposed to the weather or not in a controlled environment in regards to humidity and temperature will also void our warranty.
The remedies provided on this website are exclusive and, to the extent allowed by applicable law, are in lieu of all other remedies, warranties or representations, express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and all other obligations and liabilities, whether in contract or in tort, all of which are expressly disclaimed herein.
In no event shall 57NORTHPLANK be liable for special, consequential, incidental or other damages.
This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the contiguous United States after July 2018.
